New Appointment

David Ellicott - Civil Litigation Department

David Ellicott joined the firm on the 3rd June 2019 and comes to us with 30+ years of experience in Civil Litigation.

David is a Chartered Legal Executive and will be offering advice and assistance in respect of all aspects of civil litigation in the County Court and High Court such as Building Disputes, Neighbour Disputes, Contractual Disputes, Debt Collection, Professional Negligence, Landlord and Tenant disputes, consumer problems and Personal Injury claims.

We are delighted to welcome David to the Litigation Team, which consists of the Managing Director Owen Evans, Chartered Legal Executive Stephanie Teece and Consultant Neil Crapper.
