OWEN EVANS

Our Managing Director and Senior Partner in the practice, Owen has been a solicitor for over 34 years. He operates in a number of areas of legal work, but principally he specialises in divorce and family law. 

Owen is the supervisor for the firm and oversees all CILEx fee earners. 

DAVID ELLICOTT

David is a Director and Chartered Legal Executive with over 30 years' experience in civil litigation. He undertakes various aspects of civil litigation such as building disputes, neighbour disputes, contractual issues, debt collection, professional negligence, landlord and tenant disputes, consumer problems and personal injury claims.

SOPHIE LANSDALE

Sophie has over 16 years experience with this firm, she has completed a Foundation Certificate with the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) and Diploma in Probate Practice with ILEX. Sophie took a break from legal work to join a firm of accountants where she completed Advanced Diploma with the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT), gaining experience in Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax and Trust matters and has now re-joined us because she enjoys helping clients with wills, powers of attorney, probate and taxes.

NEIL CRAPPER

Neil is our Managing Clerk and works alongside Owen Evans and Flis Cotton. He has over 40 years' experience in the legal profession. Although now largely retired, Neil still assists the civil litigation department and provides holiday cover.



 

STEPHANIE TEECE

Stephanie is a Director and has been a Chartered Legal Executive since January 2018. Stephanie has been with the firm for over 18 years and principally deals with personal injury claims and employment settlement agreements.



 

AGNIESZKA PILCH

Agnieszka is our cashier and has been with us for many years as our receptionist before switching to our Accounts Department.















 

FLIS COTTON

A Director and Chartered Legal Executive, who is also accredited with the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEPs), Flis is our private client practitioner. She specialises in wills, lasting powers of attorney and with the winding up of estates (probate). Flis has been with the firm for over 17 years.

 

JENNY PLUMB

Jenny is a Legal Assistant/Trainee Conveyancer. She has been with the firm since August 2020. She assists and works under the supervision of Lin Cane in both Residential and Commercial Conveyancing whilst undergoing her training. 



 

RECEPTION

Our reception team consists of Dawn and Jessica.


















 

LIN CANE

Lin is a Director and Licenced Conveyancer of the company. With over 16 years' experience within this firm, Lin specialises in residential conveyancing. Lin belongs to various networking groups including BNI, of which she has been a member for over 10 years.



 

KIRSTY NEILL

Kirsty is a Chartered Legal Executive. She has been with the firm since April  2022 and works in our wills and probate department. She is a returning member of staff, having initially been with the firm in 2006 for many years.





 

JULIE HILL

Julie is an experienced conveyancer who specialises in residential transactions including house and flat sales and purchases. She takes pride in guiding clients through their transactions in a straightforward way.
