Residential Sales & Stamp Duty - 30 June 2021

The latest survey from Savills shows that two thirds of current buyers were never expecting to benefit from the extending of the tax cut to the end of June, and 85% said they would continue with their transactions as planned.


The current property boom is quite clearly driven by more than just the Stamp Duty holiday. Mortgage rates are through the floor and property prices are through the ceiling!
