Last week saw the publication of the biggest ever survey or legal needs in England and Wales commissioned by the Law Society and Legal Services Board. Out of the survey of 28,633 people, 9/10 people who used a solicitor were satisfied with the service they received, and 84% thought the solicitor provided value for money.


As expected unregulated providers received the worst ratings, which included Will Writers and McKenzie Friends.
