We have seen advertisements on social media for Will Writers.


These Will Writers are unregulated, which means they are not accountable for anything they do. They have no obligations to store or archive documents. They are unqualified to deal with issues such as mental capacity, undue influence and the like. They have no cross reference experience in other issues, such as the potential for bankruptcy, divorce or family provision.


They are often more expensive than solicitors.
