We posted a previous news item to indicate our view that whilst there was no particular peak on a seasonal basis in respect of divorce instructions, we had felt that in January of this year there was a significant number of enquiries in respect of potential divorces.


We now read in the National Press that a survey has indicated that peak time for Clients to believe a marriage has come to an end and seek the advice of a solicitor is in the summer months, and in particular July.


All we would say is that statistics can say whatever you want them to say.
