Family Mediation

Any clients that are advised by us in respect of family matters or financial provision on divorce will be aware that a mediation assessment (MIAM) is required before proceedings can be issued, either for a child arrangements order or for financial provision on divorce. Helpfully, Compass Resolution Mediation Limited offer an online service, or you can contact them by telephone on 01392 848482 so that they can conduct a telephone mediation assessment. There is a fee payable which is in the region of £90. That MIAM assessment form will then be passed to ourselves as your solicitor so that we can activate any application into court.
