At Almy & Thomas, we perceive there is a significant change that has taken place in the market for solicitors inviting instructions for personal injury claims.

Many solicitors have dropped personal injury work (PI) because they do not see it as necessarily profitable as it used to be. We take the opposite view that with fixed fees and a success fee, even with relatively low risk cases, it is attractive for us to still offer a no win no fee option and we are also more amenable in the way that we take on cases that to others might seem something of a greater risk, such as employment, accidents at work and occupation liability claims.
