In the press Clients will note that there are significant delays at the Probate Registry processing probate applications.
The obvious advice is to get in quick and we invite Clients to instruct us early, so we can process probate applications as quickly as possible.
The other point to raise is the probate fees are to increase to £300 per application despite the poor service provided by the Probate Registry.
