Almy & Thomas note that the housing market is going through a mini boom. The average sale price of a house has increased by over £7,000.


Devon and Cornwall in particular are boom areas, partly due to the Corona Virus pandemic and partly due to interest rates which are at their lowest for years and of course there is the stamp duty holiday which has been introduced by the Chancellor which is of significant benefit.
